Laminate is a synthetic product that that is made to look like hardwood, tile or stone flooring, but at a much lower cost. With today's technology, laminate floors are virtually indistinguishable from wood or stone, extremely cost effective, and are exceptionally durable. Unlike hardwood, laminate is fade, scratch, and stain resistant. Unlike stone or tile, you don't have to worry about cracking, grout cleaning, or waxing. Laminate can also be installed over many types of existing floors, which makes it fast and inexpensive to install to in any space.
